Dress code, juveniles and proof of age requirements

SKYCITY Adelaide is a responsible gaming operator and as such, strictly enforces the gaming area age requirement.* All customers must be 18 years-of-age or older in order to enter a gaming area. All customers wishing to gain entry into a SKYCITY Adelaide gaming area must, upon request, provide one of the following three forms of valid photographic identification.

• Current Australian Drivers Licence
• Current South Australian Proof of Age card or Victorian/Tasmanian proof of age keypass card
• Current Australian or International Passport.

Please be advised that proof of age requirements also apply to all customers in the Casino Grill, Pullman and Cafe Junction restaurants.

North Restaurant is designed for, and caters to customers of all ages but parents, guardians or caregivers are forbidden to leave children unattended in the restaurant in order to enter a gaming area or leave the premises.

Our dress code is designed to help you and your friends enjoy the excitement of SKYCITY Adelaide at its best. Smart, neat and clean clothing is required, and the management reserve the right to refuse entry.

SKYCITY Adelaide's exclusive Grange Room, where entry is by invitation only, has a higher dress standard, including dress trousers and collared shirts for men, and after five or smart business suit for women.

* It is SKYCITY Adelaide policy to request proof of age from any person who appears to be 25 years or younger.

Our cloakroom, located on the ground floor by the Action desk, can temporarily store customers coats, hats, umbrellas and shopping bags, while customers visit SKYCITY.

Perishables and bulky items, including backpacks, cannot be stored in the Cloakroom, however storage lockers are available near the main entrance.

Our valet parking service completely solves that ever-present issue of parking in the CBD.

Our valet staff will greet you at the main entrance to SKYCITY on station road and take your vehicle to a secure parking location while you make the most of your valuable leisure time at SKYCITY Adelaide.
