Formal Notice Of Takeover Offer For SKYCITY Leisure Limited
SKYCITY Entertainment Group advises that it has given SKYCITY Leisure notice of its intention to make an offer under the Takeovers Code for all of the ordinary shares in Leisure and all of the mandatory convertible notes issued by Leisure.
