Welcome to the SKYCITY Darwin Winemaker's Dinner Series.
This vastly popular series features some of Australia’s most prominent winemakers.
At each dinner guests dine on an exquisite menu created specifically by SKYCITY Darwin's Executive Chef to complement up to 11 wines from the vineyard's cellar.
The Chief Winemaker together with the Executive Chef will provide insights into the wine, the menu, and the reasons for their beautiful compatibility.
The dates for the 2011 Winemaker's Dinner Series are soon to be released.
