Pouya's creation - Sourthern-Leigh has lovely sad story. It is created for a middle aged couple from Victoria who came to Pouya for a refreshing cocktail after attending thier young son's funeral in Darwin. Pouya made them the cocktail and named it in memory of Ashleigh, a beloved son of a Victorian family who has lost his life in Darwin.
