Conditions of entry to the promotion shall be available for inspection at all Action Stations.
1. The ‘60s Spin Out’ Action exclusive promotion runs from Sunday 21st September until Saturday 18th October 2008 inclusive.
2. The promotion is open to SKYCITY Action cardholders with home sites of Auckland, Hamilton, Queenstown and Adelaide when they earn points at SKYCITY Auckland. 3. Commission Players and other players who do not earn points at SKYCITY are not eligible to enter the promotion. 4. Customers who are currently in any way excluded from entry to SKYCITY, including customers excluded after their entries have been accepted are not eligible to enter. 5. All eligible Action cardholders, including the VIP tiers, are entitled to enter the promotion on the main gaming floor. 6. Employees of SKYCITY, their related companies and their advertising agencies are not eligible for entry. 7. Draws are at 1pm and 9pm each day. SKYCITY reserves the right to change or delay the draw times without notice. 8. There will be one winner per draw, and the winner must be present when the draw is made to claim their prize. 9. If the winner does not identify themselves to the compere within 3 minutes, another winner will be drawn. 10. All draws must have a winner. 11. The winner must be available to Spin the Wheel immediately, or can nominate another person of their choosing to Spin the Wheel if they do not wish to do so themselves. The prize money will be awarded to the winner, not the nominated person. 12. The winner must be able to provide proof of identity (Action card and current Photo ID) to claim the prize. 13. SKYCITY’s decision is final and no discussion or correspondence will be entered into. 14. Members get one entry into the prize draw for every 50 Action points they earn on gaming machines and table games at SKYCITY Auckland in the 24 hours before each draw. That is, for the 1pm draw they will get one entry for every 50 Points earned since 1.01pm the previous day, and for the 9pm draw they will get one entry for every 50 points earned since 9.01pm the previous evening. 15. The maximum number of entries to each draw is 15. 16. To enter the draw, members are required to swipe their Action card during the specified swipe times before each draw. Failure to do this will result in members not being entered into the draw. 17. Swipe stations are open at 10am – 12.58pm and 6pm – 8.58pm every day of the promotion. 18. Members only need to swipe once. Any subsequent entries earned until the draw takes place will automatically be added to the draw. 19. At 12.58pm and 8.58pm (2 minutes prior to the draw) the swipe stations will close and no more entries will be accepted. 20. Members cannot enter the draws by swiping at Action Stations or Action Kiosks 21. The winner or nominated person is given one chance to Spin the Wheel to win the prize that it lands on. 22. There are a total of two scooters available to be won. When the second scooter is won the wheel segment will be replaced with a dollar value of $400. All other segments will remain the same. 23. Details of prizes and requirements to achieve the prize will be made available by the compere prior to the person spinning the wheel. 24. SKYCITY reserves the right to alter any of the Conditions of Entry, delay the start of promotion or cancel the promotion without notice. 25. SKYCITY reserves the right to alter this promotion or any part of it should its ability to fulfil its obligations be limited at any stage by any form of technical failure. 26. SKYCITY reserves the right to change or alter the prize draw at any time and substitute the Spin to Win Wheel for a new prize draw mechanic as they wish. 27. Neither SKYCITY nor any other person or party associated with this promotion shall be liable for any loss, damage (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered in connection with participation in this promotion. 28. Participation into the promotion and acceptance of the prize confirms acceptance to participate in any reasonable publicity or advertising that SKYCITY may request. 29. Entry into this promotion implies full acceptance of all terms and conditions.

Conditions of entry to the promotion shall be available for inspection at all Action Stations.

2. The VIP prize draws are held Monday to Friday, from Monday 22 September until Friday 17 October inclusive. 3. The promotion is open to SKYCITY Action cardholders with home sites of Auckland, Hamilton, Queenstown and Adelaide when they earn points at SKYCITY Auckland. 4. Commission Players and other players who do not earn points at SKYCITY are not eligible to enter the promotion. 5. Customers who are currently in any way excluded from entry to SKYCITY, including customers excluded after their entries have been accepted are not eligible to enter. 6. All eligible Pacific, Platinum and Platinum VIP cardholders are entitled to enter the promotion in the VIP Rooms. Only Pacific cardholders can enter the Pacific Room draws, and only Platinum and Platinum VIP cardholders can enter the draws in the Platinum rooms. 7. Employees of SKYCITY, their related companies and their advertising agencies are not eligible for entry. 8. Draws are at 1.30pm and 9.30pm Monday to Friday in the Platinum Room, and 2pm and 10pm Monday to Friday in the Pacific Room. SKYCITY reserves the right to change or delay the draw times without notice. 9. There will be one winner per draw, and the winner must be present when the draw is made to claim their prize. 10. Swipe stations are open from 10am in both rooms and will close when the compere begins the draw process. It will then open again at 6pm and close when the compare begins the evening draws. 19. Members only need to swipe once. Any subsequent entries earned until the draw takes place will automatically be added to the draw. 20. Members cannot enter the draws by swiping at Action Stations or Action Kiosks 21. Winners are draws electronically. 22. The winner has two options. They can take $500 cash and spin the wheel twice, or they can take $800 cash and spin the wheel once. 23. The prize money will be the initial sum chosen PLUS the value of the wheel segment(s) they spin. 24. Details of prizes and requirements to achieve the prize will be made available by the compere prior to the person spinning the wheel. 25. VIPs can also enter the daily draws on the MGF by swiping in room or on the swipe stations on the MGF. 26. SKYCITY reserves the right to alter any of the Conditions of Entry, delay the start of promotion or cancel the promotion without notice. 27.
