  • Sticky rice, tahini and walnut fritters on pomegranate roast grape, shiitake mushroom, green bean and nashi salad with tahini yoghurt $21 
  • Sautéed vine-leaf wrapped Zany Zeus haloumi, roast baby vegetables and mustard cress with honeyed avocado oil dressing and lotus crisps $23 
  • Grilled crispy twice-cooked pork belly and a smoked Kahawai fritter with lemon, coriander, bean sprout and Macadamia salad $25
  • Pan seared Spirits Bay scallops on potato, horseradish and truffle oil purée with pickled cucumber, pea cherry tomatoes, black sesame rice crisps and basil oil $27

  • Carrot, Cheddar and tofu fritter on NZ wasabi pea purée with grilled artichoke, kohlrabi, radicchio and gingered Asian mushrooms $33
  • Panko crumbed crab crusted Hapuka on wok-fried greens, wood-ear and roast Urenika potatoes with red lentil pandan coconut broth and crispy curry leaves $37
  • Roast Hawkes Bay lamb chump on minted feta and chilli lentils with broccolini, grilled baby leeks, toasted macadamias and tamarind caramel $38
  • Roast Cambridge duck breast on creamed chestnut purée, braised rainbow chard and turmeric roast cauliflower with sour cherry, umeshu wine and ginger compote $39
  • 300 day grain-fed Angus beef fillet on roast baby Wee-be pumpkin and buttered Brussels sprouts with Parmesan and bone marrow bread sauce $42
