NZQA registered tertiary institutions and International Student Groups The admission price includes entry to the Main Observation level. It excludes admission to The Orbit and The Observatory restaurants. Admission to Sky Deck, our highest viewing level, is an additional $3.00 per person, and can be purchased individually from the Main Observation level. Supervision Sky Tower recommends a supervision ratio of one adult (teacher/helper) to every six children aged below 10 years, and one adult to every eight children aged 11 to 14 years. For the most effective class size, we recommend that groups comprise 60 people or less.

Admission Educational groups from New Zealand tertiary institutions and International student groups qualify for discounted general admission rates.* Students aged 14 and under are charged $8.00, Students aged 15 and over are charged $12.75. Adults/Teachers/Escorts are charged $15.00 (A minimum of 15 students to qualify for the discounted rate otherwise standard rates apply - $15 for students and $25 for adults/teachers/escorts). One tour leader per 15 students is admitted free of charge. Bus drivers receive free admission. * Subject to availability
