How long have you been in the job?

Four months in my current role and three years at SKYCITY as Food and Beverage (F&B;) Tower Manager.

How are these jobs different from each other?

There has been a significant increase in my scope of work and responsibility.

What do you like most about your job?

Variety, challenges, the very progressive nature of F&B; at SKYCITY as it is one of the largest providers of F&B; in the country.

Who are the other people within SKYCITY that you have to cooperate with in order to do your job?

All departments — namely Procurement / Commercial Services (both departments look after our suppliers) Chefs, Human Resources, Marketing, Finance and Sales.

Job Description

Oversee all operations for various Food & Beverage outlets within SKYCITY Auckland Limited.
