The 2006 annual meeting will be held in Auckland on Friday 27 October 2006

On Monday 23 January 2006, SKYCITY Entertainment Group Limited announced that it will be changing the way it distributes profits to its shareholders.

Under the new structure, shareholders will now receive distributions in the form of shares (as a non-taxable bonus issue), but will have the option to have those shares bought back by SKYCITY for cash.
