Terms & Conditions
  1. The NT Keno Mad About Supercars promotion commences on Friday 5 May2006 and closes on Sunday 4 June 2006.
  2. Entry tickets will be available during the period of the draw from participating NT Keno venues. (Refer to condition 18).
  3. A person is entitled to claim, at the time of entering an NT Keno game, one entry ticket for every $10 purchase on NT Keno.
  4. To be eligible to participate in the NT Keno Mad About Supercars promotion, persons must correctly complete a valid entry ticket and place it in the entry box at any NT Keno venue.
  5. NT Keno cannot accept responsibility for invalid entries.
  6. The following are ineligible to enter the NT Keno Mad About Supercars promotion:
    1. Employees of SKYCITY of any capacity
    2. NT Keno Operators and NT Keno Senior Operators
    3. Spouses and/or de facto partners of employees of SKYCITY
    4. Persons under the age of 18 years
    5. Any person who at the time of the promotion/draw is excluded under the relevant provisions of the Northern Territory Gaming Legislation.
  7. Prize - There will be one prize of:
    1. A trip for four people to the SKYCITY V8 Supercar Triple Crown Round 5 at Hidden Valley, Darwin, Northern Territory on Saturday 1 and Sunday 2 July 2006
    2. Maximum value of the prize is $14,837.80
    3. The prize, for four people, includes:
    1. V8 Supercar Paddock Club Package consisting of:
      • Admission to the track
      • Paddock Club and V8 Supercar Paddock reserved table seating
      • Two days fully catered food and beverages, including morning/afternoon tea and a buffet luncheon
      • All day soft drink package, and a six hour alcohol package (beer and wine) per day
    2. Passes to Hidden Valley Raceway on Friday 30 June 2006
    3. 5 nights accommodation (2 deluxe rooms including breakfast each morning), at SKYCITY Darwin from 29 June 2006 through to and including 3 July 2006
    4. Seafood Buffet dinner in Sunset Restaurant at SKYCITY Darwin
    5. Dinner in Dragon Court at SKYCITY Darwin to the Value of $150
    6. Entry into the Meet the Drivers night at SKYCITY Darwin on Thursday 29 June 2006
    7. Entry into the Channel Ten V8 Superstars evening on the lawns at SKYCITY Darwin on Monday 3 July 2006 (subject to the event being confirmed by the organisers)
    8. $2,000 spending money.
    9. Where the winner resides 500 km or more from SKYCITY Darwin but within the Northern Territory, the prize will also include four economy return air fares to Darwin from the airport nearest the residence of the winner, where there is a regular scheduled services by QANTAS
    10. The prize does NOT include:
      1. Travel insurance which is the responsibility of the winner.
  8. All entry tickets must be received at SKYCITY Darwin by 5pm on Thursday 8 June 2006.
  9. NT Keno is not liable for any entry ticket that does not arrive at SKYCITY Darwin by the time indicated above.
  10. Draw:
    1. The prize draw will take place at SKYCITY Darwin at 5:30pm on Friday 9 June 2006
    2. The winner of the major prize will be the first valid entry ticket drawn
    3. NT Keno will attempt to contact (by the telephone number indicated on the entry ticket) the entrant/s identified on the first valid entry ticket drawn
    4. In the event NT Keno has been unable to contact by telephone the entrant identified on the first valid entry ticket drawn, NT Keno will broadcast their name on the NT Keno network following the draw. The entrant must contact NT Keno by 10:00am on Friday 16 June 2006 to claim their prize
    5. Should the winning entrant not be contacted on the draw night, a letter will be sent advising the winning entrant of their win and advising them to contact NT Keno prior to 10:00am on Friday 16 June 2006
    6. If the entrant is unable to be contacted by 10:00am on Friday 16 June 2006 and claim the prize, a redraw will occur in accordance with the above conditions
    7. If the redraw entrant is unable to be contacted within one week from 10:00am on Friday 16 June 2006 and claim the prize a second redraw will occur at 10:00am on Friday 23 June 2006 in accordance with the above conditions
    8. If an eligible entrant is unable to be contacted by Thursday 29 June 2006, the prize will be forfeited and remain unclaimed.
  11. Suitable identification may be sought from the person who presents themselves as the winner of the draw.
  12. After the promotion is finalised, the winner's name will be published in the classified section of the NT News during the week after the winner has claimed the prize in accordance with and within the time frame provided by these conditions).
  13. SKYCITY Darwin/NT Keno reserves the right to use publicity photos, in any reasonable manner they see fit, unless that person advises SKYCITY Darwin/NT Keno at the time of entering the promotion that they wish to retain their anonymity. Prize winners also acknowledge that their photo may be used for a promotional display at SKYCITY Darwin or on the SKYCITY website.
  14. NT Keno/SKYCITY Darwin shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking any of the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
  15. All prizes are non transferable and non redeemable for cash.
  16. Management's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  17. SKYCITY Darwin reserves the right to alter or cancel any aspect of the NT Keno Mad About Supercars promotion at any time.
  18. Venues:
    1. All NT Keno venues will be participating in the promotion
    2. Each venue will be provided with promotional material to be placed near the NT Keno terminal and throughout their venue
    3. Each venue is responsible for ensuring compliance with the above conditions.
