Students can find out how such a large company caters for a variety of customers and then compare it with the way their school caters for its students.
While visiting the Tower students can use their research skills to find out who visits the Tower and what they think their dining needs may be.
A chef may also be available to answer any questions students may have. From this information students can then develop specific criteria needed to cater for different groups of people.
