Mains
- Pistachio-crusted pork served with charred apple rings, steamed bok choy, finished with an apricot ginger glaze and caramelised apricot
- Kangaroo mignon wrapped in prosciutto accompanied by a smoked sweet potato rösti, beetroot jam and pan-fried baby spinach
- Angel hair pasta tossed with prawns, ginger, chilli, garlic and lemongrass garnished with fresh coriander and accompanied by grilled half shell scallops
