invites you to become a sommelier for an evening.
Match the exquisite vintage champagnes of Veuve Clicquot over five courses specially designed for the occasion by New
Zealand-born international celebrity chef Peter Gordon, the widely acknowledged architect of fusion cuisine.
The Veuve Clicquot Atelier dinner, meaning workshop in French, is an opportunity for food and champagne connoisseurs
to practice the sommelier’s art of matching food and wine to perfection.
