Evoo, Best Fine Dining in the NT
SKYCITY Darwin’s premium restaurant Evoo has been named the Best Fine Dining restaurant in the Northern Territory.
Last nights 2008 Harbottle on-premise Restaurant & Catering Awards for Excellence showcased the best of the Territory’s restaurants and establishments.
Located on the third level of SKYCITY, Evoo impressed judges in the category of Fine Dining. Judges dine anonymously at all restaurants as paying guests, assessing all areas of service including table presentation, arrival procedure, menu and beverages, facilities and ambience.
SKYCITY Darwin’s General Manager Andrew Wilson said: “This is fantastic recognition for the very talented team, who consistently achieve at the highest level. This award is a credit to all their hardwork”.
Earlier this year, SKYCITY Darwin was named winner of the Establishment Award at the Territory Culinary Challenge Awards, with Evoo also awarded for Best Territory Bush Food.
