SKYCITY HOTEL AUCKLAND ANNOUNCE NEW APPOINTMENT

In the role of SKYCITY Hotel Operations Manager McAtee will be responsible for the complete running of the hotel; maintaining business standards and the profile of SKYCITY Hotel within the hotel and tourism industry. In addition to leading the front office and housekeeping teams she will ensure that all customers are catered for to maximise customer experience.

Drawing on her achievements at the Duxton Hotel and the Heritage Hotel Auckland, Caureen has extensive experience as a Rooms Division Manager and a Front Office Manager. Previous accomplishments at the James Cook Hotel Grand Chancellor in Wellington included significantly improved staff retention and increased sales through Direct Electronic websites.
