The successful applicants must have experience with stocks, sauces, bulk cooking and have the ability to do daily stock ordering and rotation. Experience in a pastry section would also be an advantage.

We are looking for a talented and creative Pastry Chef to join our elite kitchen brigade. You will be responsible for production of pastry items, bakery items and showpieces for display, as specified by the Executive Pastry Chef/Chef de Partie/Chef in charge.
