The role involves the processing of hotel reservations received by telephone and websites utilising the Fidelio system. Previous experience in reservations highly regarded. Experience with Fidelio is a definite advantage. Applicants must have superior communication skills, proven customer service excellence and impeccable presentation and grooming.

Concierge Team Leader
In this customer focused role you will be responsible for contributing to customer satisfaction and providing assistance, supervision and advice to a team of porters. You will also be involved in hands on porter duties, e.g greeting guests, organizing transfers, private tours and rental cars for guests. The successful candidate must be supervisory and great organization skills, have immaculate presentation and grooming, as well as an enthusiastic approach and positive attitude.
